John,

I have just concluded a patent search on hematology reagents (lyze, diluent, detergent flush, etc.) from 1976 to 2000.  I am beginning to review the literature now.  I have several questions for you to help me assess our position.

	1.  What is the origin of the TIL formulations?
	2.  Was it original work or copied/modified?
	3.  If original, do we have signed and dated research notebooks documenting the "discovery" of the formulations?
	4.  If they were copied/modified, then from whom?
	5.  If copied/modified, were the original formulations pre-1983?
	6.  Did TIL have permission/license?
	7.  If not, was an infringement review done?

Please provide me with a copy of the references you used to come up with the present formulations being produced by Aqua Solutions.
